Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rex Roth MHD071B-035-PP1-UN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rofin-Sinar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Advantech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ormec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rofin-Sinar such as the PCB4054593025MAT00221305 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCA61476137 manufactured by Advantech and we are pleased to be able to service most Advantech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ORN70CFEHS by Manufacturer Ormec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rjg-Technologies Brand PM00044T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Phoenix-Contact such as minips100240 equipment made by Phoenix-Contact have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Phoenix-Contact products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Phoenix-Contact" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NPL8316A54V made by Asco as well as the popular MXSL16MODS56 original spares produced by Lucent-Technologies

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPASB60302V20S2A by Allen-Bradley and minips100240 spares by Phoenix-Contact are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
